Syntax:

Parameters:

TRUE External data items are registered with Mainframe Pointer Manager above the 16 Mb line, making them addressable to only AMODE(31) programs.
FALSE External data items are registered with Mainframe Pointer Manager below the 16 Mb line, making them addressable to both AMODE(24) and AMODE(31) programs.
