OpenText Core Content Connector

26.2.0

New Features

  • If the connector synchronizes some items but the task stops or encounters an error, the next synchronize cycle starts from that point and does not process the same items again. You can configure this behavior with the new configuration parameter SynchronizeAllowResume.
  • The connector has new configuration parameters that allow you to configure the ingestion of workspaces (IngestWorkspaces, WorkspaceTypeCantHaveRegex, and WorkspaceTypeMustHaveRegex). The connector can also ingest workspace relations from the Core Content repository. This feature uses the relations API to find items related to a workspace and adds them to the document metadata. You can enable this feature by setting IngestWorkspaceRelations=TRUE.

26.1.0

New Features

  • The connector has new configuration parameters for content selection, so that you can more easily select the items to ingest and those to ignore.
  • The connector populates the AUTN_MIGRATION_URI metadata field for the documents that it creates, to help you migrate data from OpenText Core Content into other repositories.
  • The connector supports inserting data into OpenText Core Content by using migration URIs. For more information about using migration URIs, refer to the Knowledge Discovery NiFi Ingest documentation.
  • The connector can insert new versions of items that already exist in Core Content. To add a new version to an existing item, use an identifier that matches an existing item.
  • The connector supports the update fetch action.
